MALCA is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the educational, charitable, and scientific purposes as contemplated by a 501(c)(3) the United States Internal Revenue Code. More specifically, the purposes of MALCA are to:
Support the world-wide implementation of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and other subsequent World Health Assembly resolutions which are consistent with the goals and objectives of MALCA. |
